LIANTAO Peptide ships from our facility in China to customers worldwide. Whether you are ordering an in-stock peptide, a custom synthesis or a bulk quantity, this page explains how we package, document and deliver your order — and what to expect at customs.

Order processing and lead times

Most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and payment. Custom synthesis and bulk orders are quoted with a project-specific timeline, typically 2–4 weeks depending on sequence length, modifications and purity requirements. We confirm the expected dispatch date in writing before production begins.

Packaging and temperature control

Peptides are supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and are sealed in vials or pouches under inert conditions where required. Orders are packed discreetly and securely to protect the contents in transit. For temperature-sensitive items we ship with ice packs or in insulated packaging; because lyophilized peptides are stable for short periods at ambient temperature, standard express shipping is suitable for most products. If your order requires strict cold-chain handling, tell us in advance and we will arrange it.

Carriers and shipping methods

We ship by international express courier — typically DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS — selected based on your destination, urgency and the nature of the goods. Air freight and other forwarders can be arranged for large or bulk shipments. If you have a preferred carrier or a freight-forwarder account, we are happy to ship on your account number.

Shipping documents

Every shipment includes the documentation you need for receiving and customs clearance:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list.
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the supplied lot.
  • Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS).
  • Any additional certificates or declarations agreed for your market (on request).

Customs, duties and taxes

We declare shipments accurately and provide the paperwork and HS codes needed for clearance. Please note that import duties, VAT/GST and any local taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer (the importer of record) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipments are usually sent on a DAP / delivered-at-place basis; other Incoterms can be arranged by agreement. If your country requires an import licence or special permit for a given product, that documentation is the buyer's responsibility to obtain.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, typical door-to-door transit times by express courier are approximately:

  • East & Southeast Asia — 2–5 business days.
  • Europe — 4–7 business days.
  • North America — 4–7 business days.
  • Middle East, Latin America, Africa & Oceania — 5–10 business days.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, customs clearance in the destination country, weather and local conditions.

Tracking your order

We send a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within the expected dispatch window, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Damaged, delayed or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and photograph the parcel and contents, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. For shipments that are significantly delayed or appear lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. We want every order to arrive in good condition.

Restricted products and destinations

Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries because of local regulations, and some destinations have restrictions on specific compounds. Research-use-only materials are sold strictly for laboratory and manufacturing use. If a product or destination is restricted, we will let you know before processing your order. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that import and intended use comply with the laws of their country.

Samples

Evaluation samples are available for many catalog items and ship the same way as standard orders, with a COA included. Ask your account contact about sample availability and quantities.
